摘　　要：在"双循环"新发展格局下推动中国体育产业高质量发展具有重要理论与现实意义。基于产业经济学基本理论,探究"双循环"新发展格局下中国体育产业高质量发展的逻辑、动力与路径。在"双循环"新发展格局下,构建完整的体育产业内需体系,畅通国内大循环;构建完善的体育产业链、供应链,畅通国内国际双循环,是体育产业高质量发展的内在逻辑。当前,体育产业形成了"政府—政策—产业—市场—企业"五位一体高质量发展的"双循环"支撑动力。鉴于此,通过紧扣更高水平供需平衡,围绕供给侧改革与需求侧改革,抓紧以扩大体育内需、促进城乡区域体育产业协调发展、推进体育产业数字化转型为重点,构建体育产业政策体系、现代体育产业体系、现代体育市场体系、新型体育消费体系,提出"一个"主线、"两个"改革、"三个"重点、"四个"体系的"双循环"新发展格局下中国体育产业高质量发展路径。It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the high-quality development of sports industry under the new development pattern of dual circulation.Based on the basic theory of industrial economics,this paper explores the logic,motivation and path of high-quality development of China’s sports industry under the new development pattern of dual circulation.Under the pattern,it is the internal logic of high-quality development of sports industry to build a complete sports industry domestic demand system to smooth domestic circulation,and to build a perfect sports industry chain,as well as supply chain to smooth both domestic and international dual circulation.At present,forming government-policy-industrymarket-enterprise five in one supporting power for the high-quality development of sports industry in dual circulation.In view of this,by closely following a higher level of supply and demand balance,by surrounding the supply-side reform and demandside reforms,by focusing on expanding domestic sports demand,promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural regional sports industry,and promoting the digital transformation of sports industry,by constructing the sports industry policy system,modern sports industry system,modern sports market system and new sports consumption system,this paper puts forward the high-quality development path of China’s sports industry under the new development pattern of dual circulation in ways of one main line,two reform,three key points and four systems as stated above.
