中央国术馆武术教学模式及启示

摘　　要：挖掘历史、探究本土经验以观照当下是研究武术教育问题的重要理路。对中央国术馆"打练结合"武术教学模式的思想渊源与开展基础、教学实施及其成效进行研究发现:中央国术馆通过贯彻和实施"打练结合"教学模式为中国近现代培养了一批优秀的武术人才,成为中国学校武术专业教育的开拓者;囿于强种救国的时代背景,该馆"打练结合"武术教学模式未能有效探索武术教育的"技外之理"。从中央国术馆"打练结合"武术教学模式中可以得到以下启示:"表演"和"技击"应成为武术专业教育术科教学的"一体两翼";从"打练结合"到"打练融合"方能实现弘扬优秀传统文化的时代使命;重视"打练融合"技外之理籍以落实武术教育"立德树人"根本任务。Mining history and exploring local experience to take care of the present is an important way to study martial arts education.Based on the historical data,the study uses the historical comparison method,text analysis method and logical induction method,to study the ideological origin,development basis,teaching implementation and its effectiveness of combining fight and practice martial arts teaching model in Central Guoshu Academy.It has cultivated a lot of outstanding Wushu talents through the implement of combining fight and practice teaching mode,so that it has become the pioneer of modern Wushu professional education in Chinese schools.However,due to the historical background of saving the country by strengthening species,such teaching mode fails to effectively explore the‘extra-technical principles’of martial arts education.But the following enlightenment can be obtained from the martial arts’combining fight and practice teaching mode in Central Guoshu Academy:performance and the art of attack should become One Body Two Wings of martial arts professional education;only shifting from the combination of fight and practice to the integration of fight and practice can we realize the mission of the times to promote excellent traditional culture;attaching importance to the principle besides the technique of attacks of integrating fight and practice can help implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality for martial arts education.
