摘　　要：针对近10 a来BIM技术全球化推广过程中,在应用进程、应用深度、应用标准及应用范围等方面存在的差异性问题,对其在美国、澳大利亚、英国、挪威、新加坡、日本等国的国际研究概况进行了系统性综述;并结合我国市政工程行业特点,对BIM技术在我国市政工程设计行业中的应用现状进行了深入分析,指出其发展中遇到的关键问题。分析指出:BIM在我国市政行业发展不及预期的原因主要集中在效益问题和技术问题等两个方面。其中效益问题主要表现在BIM技术的投入主体与获益主体不一致、甚至完全错位的问题;而技术方面的问题则是市政行业推行BIM技术的最大障碍。在此基础上,总结提出了我国市政BIM技术应用的发展前景、技术路线及其需要解决的三大关键问题。相关研究成果可为推进BIM技术在我国市政工程设计行业中的应用提供切实可行的技术路线和实践路径。In view of the differences in application process, application depth, application standards and application scope of BIM technology in the globalization promotion in the past decade, this paper systematically reviewed the international research of BIM technology in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Norway, Singapore, Japan and other countries.Combined with the characteristics of municipal engineering industry in China, the application status of BIM technology in municipal engineering design industry in China was analyzed, and the key problems encountered in its development were pointed out.Analysis pointed out that the reasons why the BIM′s development in municipal industry in China was not as expected mainly focus on two aspects: benefit problem and technical problem.The benefit problem is mainly manifested in the inconsistency or even complete dislocation of the input subject and the benefit subject of BIM technology, while the technical problem is the biggest obstacle to the implementation of BIM technology in municipal industry.On this basis, this paper summarized and put forward the development prospect, technical route and three key problems to be solved in the application of municipal BIM technology in China.The related research results can provide practical technical route and practical path for promoting the application of BIM technology in municipal engineering design industry in China.
