摘　　要：本文基于烟气湿度测试仪的校准要求,研制了一套新型的烟气湿度测试仪校准装置。该校准装置采用阻容法湿度传感器为标准器,以重量法湿度装置为二次校准,提供稳定可靠的高温高湿检测环境。Based on the calibration requirements of the flue gas humidity tester,a new type of calibration device for the flue gas humidity tester is developed.The calibration device uses the resistance-capacitance humidity sensor as the standard device and the gravimetric humidity device as the secondary calibration,providing a stable and reliable high-temperature and high-humidity detection environment.
