摘　　要：数字式汽车衡具有能直接在仪表进行调试、检测各传感器的内码及故障自诊断等功能。在安装、调试和故障检测等环节,与模拟式汽车衡相比有明显的优点,更为方便和快速。在模拟式汽车衡出现故障难以诊断时,使用数字式汽车衡仪表能充分发挥数字式汽车衡的优势,方便、快速地检测出模拟式汽车衡的故障。With the development of digital technology in the electronic truck scale system,many advantages of digital electronic truck scale can be brought into full play.The digital electronic truck scale has the functions of debugging directly in the instrument,checking the internal code of each sensor,fault self diagnosis and so on.Compared with analog electronic truck scale,it is more convenient and fast in installation,debugging and fault checking.When analog electronic truck scale breaks down,the use of digital instruments and analog-to-digital conversion junction box can give full play to the advantages of digital,convenient and fast detection of analog electronic truck scale fault.
