摘 要:随着科技的发展,自动化水平的扩大,生产能力的不断提高,人们对温度变送器的精度提出了越来越高的要求,在现代工业发展中,对温度变送器的使用也越来越广泛,因此对温度变送器的计量校准需求也随之增加,如何有效地提高校准效率和校准精度,成为温度变送器校准工作中的一个问题。为了解决此问题,利用电源模块和电子继电器,通过合理电路计设,可以同时校准多路的温度变送器;利用精密的数字电压表和精密电阻有效提高校准读数位数和读数的精度。这样设计出来的电路,体积小,简单可靠,易于维护,可以大大减小校准人员的劳动强度。With the development of science and technology, the expansion of automation level and the continuous improvement of production capacity, people put forward higher and higher requirements for the accuracy of temperature transmitter.In the development of modern industry, the use of temperature transmitter is more and more widely.Therefore, the demand for the measurement and calibration of temperature transmitter is also increasing.How to effectively improve the calibration efficiency and calibration accuracy, the a problem in calibration of temperature transmitter.In order to solve this problem, multi-channel temperature transmitter can be calibrated at the same time by using power supply module and electronic relay through reasonable circuit design, and precise digital voltmeter and precision resistance are used to effectively improve the calibration reading digit and reading accuracy.The circuit designed in this way is small in size, simple and reliable, easy to maintain, and can greatly reduce the labor intensity of calibration personnel.
