摘  要:三相三线智能电能表用于中性点绝缘系统,[1]通过电压、电流互感器在二次侧实现电能计量。由于二极管的单向导电性,在电流互感器二次回路串入整流二极管后,会将全波电流转换为半波电流供智能电能表进行电能计量。文章通过在实验室搭建全波-半波电流三相三线计量模型,通过模拟负荷状态获得试验数据,说明三相三线智能电能表采样电流从全波变换为半波后电能计量误差为变化的负误差;同时试验数据为差错电量计算提供了依据。Three-phase three-wire smart meter is used for the neutral point insulation system.It can measure electric energy through voltage transformer and current transformer on the secondary side.Due to the unidirectional conductivity of the diode,after the secondary loop of the current transformer is fed with the rectifying diode,the full-wave current will be converted into a half-wave current for smart meter to measure the electric energy.In this paper,a full-wave and half-wave current measurement model was built in the laboratory,and the test data were obtained by simulating the load states.The results indicate that the measurement error of the electric energy is the negative error of change when the sampling current of the three-phase and three-wire smart meter was converted from full-wave current to half-wave current.At the same,the test data provide a basis for the calculation of error electric quantity.
