摘 要:水基颗粒计数器是测试水中颗粒数量浓度的主要仪器设备,本文针对水基颗粒计数器颗粒数量浓度测量误差进行不确定度分析评定。根据测量原理,建立测量模型,分析测量过程中颗粒计数标准物质引入的不确定度、测量重复性引入的不确定度、仪器取样体积示值误差引入的不确定度等因素,评定出颗粒数量浓度测量误差的扩展不确定度,为水基颗粒计数测试结果质量评定提供依据。The water-based particle counter is the main instrument to measure the concentration of particles in water.In this paper,the uncertainty of particle number and concentration measurement error of water-based particle counter was analyzed and evaluated.According to the measurement principle,a mathematical model was established to analyze the uncertainty which were introduced by the standard material,measurement repeatability and instrument sampling volume during the measurement process.The expanded uncertainty of particle number concentration measurement error was evaluated to provide the basis for the quality evaluation of water-based particle count test results.
