摘　　要：思想建设、组织建设和制度建设是党的建设伟大工程中最具经常性、普遍性的基本建设内容。持续推进思想建设、组织建设和制度建设创新,不断赋予党的思想建设、组织建设和制度建设新的时代内涵,提升三者的有机结合度,充分释放三者叠加的合力效应,是在新时代推进党的建设新的伟大工程的一项创造性探索实践,既守正了马克思主义建党学说,又丰富了马克思主义政党建设经验。当前,高质量发展涵盖党和国家事业发展的各个领域,不断提高党的思想建设、组织建设和制度建设的科学化水平,是高质量发展的题中应有之义,应进一步坚持守正与创新的辩证统一,突出思想建设、组织建设和制度建设在推进新的伟大工程中的基础性地位,提升建设质量,放大其合力效应。Ideological construction,organizational construction and system construction are the most frequent and universal basic construction contents in the great project of Party construction.It is a creative exploration practice to continuously promote the innovation of ideological construction,organizational construction and institutional construction,to constantly endow the party's ideological construction,organizational construction and institutional construction with new era connotation,to enhance the degree of organic combination of the three,and to fully release the combined effect of the three.It is a new great project to promote the party's construction under the new historical conditions,which not only upholds the Marxist Party building principle,but also enriches the experience of Marxist Party construction.At present,high-quality development covers all fields of the development of the party and the state.It is necessary to continuously improve the scientific level of the party's ideological construction,organizational construction and system construction.We should further adhere to the dialectical unity of integrity and innovation,highlight the basic position of ideological construction,organizational construction and system construction in promoting the new great project,and put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of construction and enlarge the combined effect.
