摘  要:对目前焊接企业国际资格认证前期准备及认证咨询工作进行了分析。详细讲解认证准备班及集中咨询、现场咨询、附加咨询等各个认证准备阶段咨询工作的运作方式。通过各个阶段循序渐进地对焊接企业进行焊接专业国际标准体系宣讲,从文件体系准备、现场焊接生产状态、图纸项目审核、工艺评定、焊工考试、认证案例分析、书面准备方案、应急预案等角度对焊接企业提供专业技术咨询支持,展现焊接企业认证咨询工作的必要性和提高焊接企业质量保证工作的效率。为认证企业如何快速高效的通过国际资质认证提供指南。对咨询工作的发展进程、运作模式和未来发展方向提出了优化和发展预期。The previous preparation,qualification and consultation of international qualification certification for welding enterprises were analyzed.Operation modes of consultation in each stage of preparation class of qualification certification and centralized consultation,on-site consultation,additional consultation and other certification were explained in detail.Welding professional international standard system was explained to welding enterprises through all phases step by step,professional and technical advisory support was provided to welding enterprises from aspects of document system preparation,on-site welding production status,auditing drawing project,procedure qualification,welder examination,certification case analysis,written preparation plan and contingency plan,which showed the necessity of certification advisory work in welding enterprises and improved the efficiency of quality assurance work in welding enterprises.It provided a guide for certification enterprises to pass international qualification certification quickly and efficiently.Expectation of optimization and development were put forward on the development process,operation mode and future development direction of consulting work.
