摘　　要：针对数据转型时期档案部门推进档案数据化面临的困境,探索突破困境的策略具有重要意义。文章指出当前档案工作中存在的"思维保守,创新乏力""统筹依赖,动力不足""人才不足,技术薄弱""开发不足,服务被动"等困境是阻碍档案数据化进程的重要因素,档案部门推进档案数据化需要"转变思维方式,做好档案数据化规划""发掘业务需求,明确档案数据化目标""引入成熟技术,促进档案数据化开发""寻求广泛合作,挖掘档案的多元价值""探索档案众包,充分利用公众的力量""重视人才兴档,提升档案数据化能力""保障档案安全,解除档案开放的隐忧"。Aiming at the dilemmas faced by archival agencies in promoting archives datafication during the data transformation period,this paper hopes to explore strategies to break through the dilemmas.At present,the dilemmas of"conservative thinking,weak innovation","dependence on planning,lack of motivation","insufficient talent,weak technology","inadequate development and passive service"in the archival work are important factors hindering the archives datafication.To promote archives datafication,archival agencies need to"change the way of thinking,do a good job in the planning of archives datafication","explore business needs,clarify the goal of archives datafication","introduce mature technology,promote the development of archives datafication","seek extensive cooperation,excavate the multi-value of archives","explore archives crowdsourcing and fully utilize public power","pay attention to the development of talents,enhance the ability of archives datafication","ensure the security of archives,and remove the hidden trouble of archives opening".
