摘　　要：随着我国"一带一路"倡议的推进,来中国高校留学的留学生人数与日俱增。通过对高校图书馆馆员的调研,分析了馆员心理对开展涉外服务的有利和不利面。同时结合留学生利用图书馆的现状,提出馆员应通过克服心理障碍、提高不同文化适应能力、针对性学习、与留学生交朋友等途径来提高馆员涉外文化素养,并建议通过志愿者、翻译人员、涉外馆员与留学生管理部门的密切协作来加强留学生读者服务工作。With the advancement of China’s"Belt and Road"initiative,more and more foreign students come to China to study in universities.Through the survey of the librarians in universities,the paper analyzes the favorable and unfavorable factors of librarians’psychology in foreign service.Combined with the current situation of foreign students’use of library,some suggestions are put forward to improve the foreign cultural literacy of librarians,such as overcoming psychological obstacles,improving adaptability to different cultures,targeted learning and making friends with foreign students.It is also suggested that service for foreign student readers be promoted with the help of volunteers or translators and by strengthening communication with foreign student administrators.
