摘　　要：从人员配备、人才培养、激励保障机制三个层面构建了人事档案管理队伍建设评价指标体系,通过层次分析法确定指标权重,旨在构建科学合理的人事档案管理队伍建设评价体系,以期为人事档案管理队伍的建设提供依据。This paper constructs the evaluation index system of personnel archives management team construction from three aspects of personnel allocation,personnel training and incentive guarantee mechanism,and determines the index weight through the analytic hierarchy process,aiming to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of personnel archives management team construction,in order to provide a basis for the construction of personnel archives management team.
