基于中文文献分析看我国临床药学研究现状

摘　　要：目的系统分析国内临床药学研究相关文献,了解临床药学研究发展现状和前景。方法计算机检索中国学术期刊网络出版总库、万方数据库和维普数据。纳入临床药学研究相关文献,提取临床药学研究定义、作者信息、发表期刊、发表年限及研究主题等信息。讨论临床药学研究定义与研究内容,描述我国临床药学研究发展现状。结果检索2008年1月至2019年12月临床药学相关研究,共获得文献102 759篇。近12年来,文献数量增长较为缓慢,作者主要来自医疗机构(以药学部门居多);研究方向以医院药学为主;研究主题以临床药学实践、临床合理用药和医院药学工作为主。结论目前国内临床药学研究仍处于探索发展阶段,各领域的研究水平发展不平衡,研究方法较为单一。本领域研究水平的提升尚待业内人士继续努力,尤其在研究的思维方式与研究方法尚待探索。AIM To explore the current situation and prospect of clinical pharmacy research in China through systematical evaluation of the relative literatures. METHODS The databases of the CNKI, WANFANG and VIP for relevant researches on clinical pharmacy research were searched. The definition of clinical pharmacy research, published year, topics of studies, and the author information from the included studies were extracted and analyzed to evaluate the development of clinical pharmacy research in China. RESULTS A total of 102 759 literatures about clinical pharmacy research were included in the review from January 2008 to December 2019. In the past 12 years the number of literatures has increased slowly. Authors were mainly from hospital, especially in the department of pharmacy, and the research directions were predominantly about clinical pharmacy and hospital pharmacy. The research topics were mainly about clinical pharmacy practice, rational use of drug and the development of hospital pharmacy. CONCLUSION The clinical pharmacy research in China is still in the exploration and development stage. However, the development of each fi eld in clinical pharmacy research was unbalanced, and the low quality of research and stiff research methods were still the main problems.
