组合式外固定架手术治疗四肢骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究组合式外固定架手术治疗四肢骨折患者的临床效果。方法70例四肢骨折患者,按治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组应用常规切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组应用组合式外固定架手术治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、手术情况、手术前后疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.14%显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、切口长度及住院时间显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7 d,两组VAS评分均明显低于术前,且观察组VAS评分(1.56±0.53)分低于对照组的(2.60±0.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对四肢骨折患者开展组合式外固定架手术治疗疗效确切,安全性较高,可有效加快患者骨折愈合,促进身体康复,值得临床应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of assembly external fixator in the treatment of limb fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with limb fracture were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment regimens,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with assembly external fixator.The therapeutic effect,surgical status,pain degree before and after operation,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.14%of the observation group was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,incision length and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).7 d after operation,the VAS score of the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment,and VAS score(1.56±0.53)points of the observation group was lower than(2.60±0.57)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Assembly external fixator shows affirmative efficacy and high safety in the treatment of limb fracture,which can effectively accelerate fracture healing and promote physical recovery.It is worthy of clinical application.
