摘　　要：目的探究尿流动力学检查在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用价值。方法122例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各61例。实验组采用尿流动力学检查患者盆底肌功能障碍情况,对照组采用常规盆底肌力检查患者盆底肌功能障碍情况。比较两组诊断结果。结果实验组盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断准确率98.36%显著高于对照组的85.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿流动力学检查在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用价值显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the practical value of urodynamic examination in pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 122 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 61 cases in each group.The experimental group used urodynamics to check the pelvic floor muscle dysfunction,and the control group used conventional pelvic floor muscle strength to check the pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of pelvic floor dysfunction 98.36%of the experimental group was significantly higher than85.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urodynamic examination shows remarkable practical value in pelvic floor dysfunction,which is worthy of promotion.
