异常胆液质成熟剂治疗带状疱疹的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析异常胆液质成熟剂治疗带状疱疹(HZ)的临床效果。方法60例带状疱疹患者,按治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予异常胆液质成熟剂。观察两组患者血清T细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平、临床疗效、疱疹结痂时间、止痛时间、疼痛消失时间,患处麻木感、烧灼感、皮肤刺痛等神经异常症状的改善情况。结果治疗组血清CD 3^(+)、CD4^(+)细胞百分比为分别为(60.95±8.55)%、(38.48±3.25)%均明显高于对照组的(57.00±5.25)%、(36.50±3.45)%,CD8^(+)T细胞百分比为(22.74±6.36)%低于对照组的(29.78±10.25)%,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值为(1.56±0.15)高于对照组的(1.77±0.35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组疱疹结痂时间、止痛时间、疼痛消失时间分别为(3.07±1.06)、(3.74±0.98)、(3.78±1.25)d均短于对照组的(5.75±0.89)、(8.48±3.45)、(9.22±3.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组带状疱疹患者麻木感、烧灼感、皮肤刺痛改善情况分别为(0.19±0.17)、(0.02±0.08)、(0.07±0.15)优于对照组的(0.35±0.13)、(0.20±0.19)、(0.23±0.20),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上采用异常胆液质成熟剂治疗带状疱疹有显著疗效,可有效减轻疼痛,可以促进免疫机制的恢复,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of abnormal bile fluid maturation agent in the treatment of herpes zoster(HZ).Methods A total of 60 patients with herpes zoster were divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the treatment group received abnormal bile fluid maturation agent based on the control group.The serum T cell subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))level,clinical efficacy,time of herpes crusting,time of analgesia,time of pain disappearance,and improvement of the numbness,burning sensation,skin tingling were observed between the two groups.Results The serum CD3^(+),CD4^(+)cell percentage of the treatment group were(60.95±8.55)%and(38.48±3.25)%,which were obviously higher than(57.00±5.25)%and(36.50±3.45)%of the control group,CD8^(+)T cell percentage(22.74±6.36)%was lower than(29.78±10.25)%of the control group,and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.56±0.15)was higher than(1.77±0.35)of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of herpes crusting,time of analgesia,time of pain disappearance of the treatment group were(3.07±1.06),(3.74±0.98)and(3.78±1.25)d,which were shorter than(5.75±0.89),(8.48±3.45)and(9.22±3.36)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the numbness,burning sensation and skin tingling of the treatment group were(0.19±0.17),(0.02±0.08)and(0.07±0.15),which were better than(0.35±0.13),(0.20±0.19)and(0.23±0.20)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal bile fluid maturation agent shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of herpes zoster,which can effectively relieve the pain and promote the recovery of immune mechanisms.It is worthy of promotion.
