摘  要:CO对人类身体健康和自然环境的损害较大,其治理工作已成为世界钢铁企业关注的重点问题。本文通过对以Cosorb溶液、Hisorb溶液和亚铜氨溶液为主的溶液吸收法,固体吸附剂吸附法,以及臭氧、芬顿试剂等强氧化法和催化氧化法进行归纳和总结分析,得出结论:采用沸石分子筛转轮浓缩吸附技术治理烧结烟气CO是一种可选技术,但吸附剂的吸附容量、选择性及投入产出效益仍有待进一步研究;臭氧催化氧化CO的反应温度和活化能明显降低,长远来看,该技术是一种较好的低质量浓度CO净化技术;CO催化氧化法由于可以提升烟气温度30℃左右,将其安装在SCR反应器和活性炭脱硫装置之间,可使CO出口烟气质量浓度降低至1000 mg/Nm^(3)以内,因此该技术得到了越来越广泛的研究与应用,但是寻找耐水、耐S并且价格低廉的高效CO催化剂仍是需要研究的问题。CO has great damage to human health and the natural environment,and its governance has become a key issue of concern to the world’s steel companies.The solution absorption method mainly relying on Cosorb solution,Hisorb solution and cuprious ammonia solution,solid adsorbent adsorption method,ozone,Fenton reagent and other strong oxidation methods,as well as catalytic oxidation methods are summarized and analyzed.The results show that,adopting zeolite molecular sieve runner to concentrate and adsorb CO is an optional technology to treat CO in sintering flue gas,but the adsorption capacity,selectivity and input-output benefits of the adsorbent still need further study.The reaction temperature and activation energy of catalytic oxidation of CO by ozone are obviously reduced.In the long run,this technology is a better CO purification technology with low volume concentration.The CO catalytic oxidation method can raise the flue gas temperature by about 30℃,and it is installed between the SCR reactor and the activated carbon desulfurization device,so that the volume concentration of flue gas at the CO outlet can be reduced to less than 1000 mg/Nm^(3).This technology has been more and more widely studied and applied.However,looking for high-efficiency CO catalysts that are resistant to water,sulfur and low in price are still issues that need to be studied.
