摘  要:针对白云鄂博精矿的特殊性,本文采用工业大数据分析方法研究624 m^(2)带式焙烧机的热工制度,并以此获取最佳的工艺参数。结果表明:为了控制生球在干燥过程中的爆裂程度,保证料层透气性,应控制生球水分为8.0%~8.5%,鼓干罩温度≤45℃、抽干罩温度≤320℃;为将球团矿FeO控制在1.0%以内,应将造球混合料的含S量控制在0.6%以下,10#风箱对应烟罩的温度控制范围为(750±50)℃;为保证球团矿抗压强度达到2500 N/P,14#风箱对应烟罩的温度控制范围为(1140±40)℃。采用优化后的工艺参数,可保证白云鄂博球团矿带式焙烧机稳产、低耗运行,球团矿质量能够满足4150 m3高炉需求。In view of the particularity of Baiyun Ebo concentrate,the analysis method of industrial big data is adopted to study the thermal regulation of the 624 m^(2)belt roaster,and better process parameters is received.The results show that:In order to control the bursting degree of the green ball during the drying process and to ensure the air permeability of the material layer,the moisture of the green ball should be controlled at 8.0%~8.5%,the temperature of the drum dry hood should be≤45℃,and the temperature of the drain hood should be≤320℃.In order to control the pellets FeO within 1.0%,the S content of the pelletizing mixture should be controlled below 0.6%,and the temperature control range of the flue hood corresponding to 10#air box is(750±50)℃.In order to ensure the compressive strength of the pellets up to 2500 N/P,the temperature control range of the 14#air box corresponding to the hood is(1140±40)℃.The optimized process parameters is adopted to ensure the stable production and low-consumption operation of the belt roaster for Baiyun Ebo pellets and the quality of pellets to meet the requirements of 4150 m3 blast furnace.
