摘 要:针对活性炭烟气净化系统装置大塔解析能力不足、长期满负荷运行、检修维护困难等问题,本文通过对两种不同型式解析塔的工艺流程、设计及生产参数、生产情况的对比分析,发现问题产生的主要原因是解析塔塔体结构、加热段设计参数、冷却段操作方式、工艺流程等设置不合理。采取如下优化措施:将大塔加热风进口热烟气温度降低至420~450℃,出口热烟气温度提高至320~350℃;设置系统根据活性炭温度自动调节冷却段调节阀的开度;通过N_(2)调节塔体内不同部分的压力;调整工艺流程,完善塔体结构等。优化措施可明显改善加热段换热效果,节约20%~25%的能源消耗,提高大塔的解析能力,并延长解析塔使用寿命,对整套烟气净化系统的稳定运行起到积极作用。In view of such problems as insufficient desorption ability,long-term full load operation,maintenance difficulty,etc.of the big stripper of activated carbon flue gas purification system,based on the comparative analysis for the process flow,design and production parameters and production situation of two different types of the stripper,the main problems caused is found out are unreasonable settings of structure of the stripper,design parameters of heating section,operation mode of cooling section,process flow,etc.The following optimization measures are adopted:reduce the temperature of hot flue gas at the inlet of heating air to 420~450℃and increase the temperature of hot flue gas at the outlet to 320~350℃,set the system to automatically adjust the opening of the control valve in the cooling section according to the temperature of activated carbon,adjust the pressure of different parts of the stripper through N_(2),and adjust the process flow and improve the structure of the stripper.The optimization measures can significantly improve the heat transfer effect of the heating section,save 20%~25%of energy consumption,improve the desorption ability of the big stripper,and extend the service life of the stripper,which plays a positive role in the stable operation of the whole flue gas purification system.
