摘 要:为研究钢铁行业中B型、C型、D型、E型等4种封闭煤场在存储能力、占地指标和单位储量地上设施投资等指标的变化趋势,对B型(120 m跨度)、C型(60、75、98 m跨度)、D型(80、120 m外径)、E型筒仓(18、22 m外径)等8种典型煤场工艺方案的关键参数指标进行对比分析。结果表明:在贮存能力和占地方面,大跨度的C型和D型较好,E型最优;对于地上设施单位贮量投资,E型、小跨度C型和小直径D型相对较高,C型居中且随着跨度的增加而变优,大堆宽B型、大直径D型较优。本文结论可为工程设计中封闭煤场形式选择、厂房跨度选择提供参考和借鉴。To study the closed coal yards’tendency of type B,C,D,E on storage capacity,land occupation index and unit reserves investment in overground facilities,such 8 kinds of key parameter indicators on typical process scheme of coal yard as type B(120 m span),type C(60 m,75 m and 98 m span),type D(80 m,120 m diameter),and type E silo(18 m,22 m diameter)are analyzed and compared.The results show that type C and type D with large span are better,type E is best in storage capacity and site area.For the unit reserve investment of overground facilities,type E,type C with small span and type D with small diameter are more expensive,while type C investment is in the middle and becomes better with the increase of span,while type B with large pile width and type D with large diameter are better.The conclusions can provide references for the selection of closed coal yard and the span of workshop in engineering design.
