摘　　要：继国际旅游岛之后,海南自贸区获批,海南的全球化地位越来越重要,正慢慢发展成为我国同全球经济文化碰撞与汇合的平台,海南也因此急切需要很多精通外语同时又掌握相关专业知识的复合型国际化人才。本文通过分析海南自贸区建设背景下对国际化人才的需求,研究自贸区建设新形势下高职院校的国际化人才培养模式。Hainan got the official approval of constructing the free trade zone after the international tourist island,and its globalization status is becoming more and more important.It is slowly developing into a platform for China to collide and converge with the global economy and culture.Therefore,Hainan urgently needs a lot of compound international talents who are proficient in foreign languages and master relevant professional knowledge.This article analyzes the demand for international talents under the background of the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Zone,and studies the international talent training model of higher vocational colleges under the new situation of the construction of the free trade zone.
