摘　　要：目的了解我省各级各类医疗卫生机构法定传染病报告质量,探讨传染病漏报的原因及研究提高法定传染病报告质量的措施。方法按照2019年《全国法定传染病报告质量及管理现状调查方案》,采用查阅诊疗记录及网络直报系统对云南省6个州(市)不同级别的医疗机构进行质量调查,采用χ^(2)检验对不同级别的医疗机构漏报率进行比较。结果县区级医疗机构漏报率为4.44%,乡镇级医疗机构漏报率为5.04%,县(区)、乡镇级医疗机构漏报率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.100,P=0.752)。门诊、住院、检验科漏报率分别为5.70%、2.76%、4.97%;报告及时率98.77%,纸质报告卡完整率及准确率分别为99.49%、98.86%,网络信息一致率为98.77%,报告卡有效证件填写完整率99.79%。结论 2019年云南省县区级及乡镇级医疗机构法定传染病漏报相近,漏报率较高的病种主要集中在丙肝,传染病报告及时率及网络信息一致率有待进一步提高,因此应该加强县(区)、乡镇级医疗机构传染病疫情管理和疫情人员培训,进一步加强医疗机构内部的管理机制。objective To understand the report quality of statutory infectious disease in medical and health institutions at all levels in Yunnan,and to investigate the causes of underreporting and measures to improve the report quality of statutory infectious disease.Methods A quality survey was conducted in medical institutions at different levels in six states(cities)of Yunnan Province according to the 2019 National Survey Program on the Quality and Management Status of Statutory Infectious Disease Reporting through consulting the records and direct reporting system.The Chi-square test was used to compare the underreporting rates of medical institutions at different levels.Results The underreporting rate was 4.44%in county and district level medical institutions and 5.04%in township level medical institutions,and the difference in underreporting rate between county(district)and township level medical institutions was not statistically significant(χ^(2) was 0.100,P=0.752).Outpatient,inpatient,and laboratory underreporting rates were 5.70%,2.76%,and 4.97%,respectively.The timely reporting rate was 98.77%,and the completeness and accuracy rates of paper report cards were 99.49%and 98.86%,respectively.The consistency rate of network information was 98.77%,and the completeness rate of filling out valid documents on report cards was 99.79%.Conclusion In 2019,the underreporting of statutory infectious diseases in medical institutions at county(district)and township levels in Yunnan Province was similar,and the disease with higher underreporting rates were mainly hepatitis C.The timely rate of infectious disease reporting and the consistency rate of network information should be further improved.The management of infectious disease epidemics and training of epidemic personnel in medical institutions at county(district)and township levels should be strengthened,and the internal management mechanism of medical institutions should be further strengthened.
