补肾活血方颗粒对慢性肾功能不全患者血清PC-Ⅲ、Col-Ⅳ、LN、FN 及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血方颗粒治疗慢性肾功能不全肾虚血瘀证的疗效及对患者血清PC-Ⅲ(Ⅲ型前胶原)、Col-Ⅳ(Ⅳ型胶原)、LN(层粘连蛋白)、FN(纤维连结蛋白)及肾功能[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)]的影响。方法:将68例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例。对照组予西医常规对症治疗(调节饮食及生活方式,如低盐低脂低磷优质低蛋白饮食以及控制血压、纠正原发病及诱因等),治疗组在西医常规对症治疗的基础上予补肾活血方颗粒(生地黄、山茱萸、山药、山楂、鸡内金、泽兰、赤芍、白花蛇舌草、地龙、菟丝子),每次1袋,每日2次,早晚开水冲服。两组治疗均以8周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.2%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清PC-Ⅲ、Col-Ⅳ、LN、FN、Scr水平均降低,Ccr水平升高(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方颗粒能显著改善慢性肾功能不全患者肾虚血瘀证的临床症状,具有良好的保护肾功能作用。Objective:To study the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription BuShen HuoXue granule on serum PC-Ⅲ,Col-Ⅳ,LN,FN and the changes of renal function as Scr,BUN,Ccr in patients of chronic renal insuf⁃ficiency with blood stasis due to kidney deficiency.Methods:Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into treat⁃ment group and control group.The control group was given ordinary western treatments according to the clinical symp⁃toms including regulating diet and lifestyle such as diet with low salt,low fat,low phosphorus,high quality and low pro⁃tein,blood pressure controlling,treatment of primary diseases and incentives,etc.Besides the western treatments the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue granule containing Rehmannia glutinosa,dogwood,yam,hawthorn,Gallus gallus,Eupatorium,red peony,Oldenlandia diffusa,earth dragon,dodder.The patients took orally one bag per time,twice daily with cooked water.A total of 3 consecutive courses of treatments with eight weeks as one course of treatment were given to the paitens.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.2%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 66.7%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum levels of PC-Ⅲ,Col-Ⅳ,LN,FN and Scr after treatment in the two groups are all decreased,and the Ccr level increased(P<0.05);the difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study showed that Bushen Huoxue granule can significantly improve the clinical symptom as blood stasis in patients with chronic kidney diseases,and it works for the effective protection of renal function.
