摘　　要：文章详细分析了变速器传递动力过程中的功率损耗,建立了功率损耗的数学模型.依据建立的数学模型在MATLAB平台中设计变速器效率计算程序,实现了定工况变速器传动效率计算.通过对某国产乘用车手动挡变速器效率模拟分析演示,说明应用此程序可以分析系统参数对传动效率的影响规律.结果表明变速传动效率计算程序可以在其设计阶段进行效率预估及性能分析,减少开发成本和缩短周期.In this paper,the power loss in transmission process is analyzed in detail,and the mathematical model of power loss is established.According to the established mathematical model,the transmission efficiency calculation program is designed based on MATLAB platform,and the transmission efficiency calculation of variable variable under fixed working condition is realized.It is verified that this program can be used to analyze the influence rule of system parameters on transmission efficiency.The results show that the program can predict the efficiency and analyze the performance in the design stage,reduce the development cost and shorten the cycle time.
