摘　　要：目的:归纳总结中药在治疗炎症疾病机制的进展情况.方法:在国内外期刊数据库中检索近10年的文献,对相关文献进行质量评估后概括其相关抗炎机制.结果:近年来,中药在治疗炎症方面的研究取得一定的进展,其抗炎作用涉及多种药理机制,包括下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴功能、相关炎症介质水平的调节、氧化应激损伤及炎症信号通路蛋白表达的改变.结论:该综述为基于中药活性成分治疗炎症疾病的新药研发及相关机制提供了新的思路.Objective:To summarize the mechanisms and research progress of Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of inflammatory diseases. Methods:The literature of the last 10 years were searched in the domestic and foreign periodical databases,and the related anti-inflammatory mechanisms were summarized after the quality evaluation. Results:In recent years,some progress has been made in the study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of inflammation. Its anti-inflammatory effect involves a variety of pharmacological mechanisms,including the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal cortex(HPA)axis,the regulation of relevant inflammatory mediator levels,oxidative stress injury and protein expression changes in inflammatory signaling pathways. Conclusion:This review provides new ideas for the research and development of new drugs and related mechanisms for the treatment of inflammatory diseases based on the active ingredients of Traditional Chinese medicine.
