摘　　要：耐水洗仿皮纸是一类高档包装用纸,主要用于皮包、牛仔裤标、鞋材衬里等方面。其加工工艺相对比较复杂,对原纸和浸渍液要求比较高。要求纸张在水洗过程中不会被洗烂,在室温环境下放置具有良好的撕裂强度,不容易被撕烂,类似于浸渍加工壁纸。其中浸渍液的配制是关键控制点,胶乳类型选择以及辅助化工材料的应用,决定了耐水洗仿皮纸的撕裂强度。另外,纸张自身的水分对纸张强度影响很大,水分≤4.5%,纸张很容易被撕烂;纸张水分控制在5.0%~6.5%之间较为适宜。针对耐水洗仿皮纸生产工艺展开实验室与工业化大生产研究。Washable artificial parchment paper is a kind of highgrade packaging paper,which is mainly used in leather bags,jeans and shoe lining.Its processing technology is relatively complex,and the requirements for base paper and impregnation solution are relatively high.It is required that the paper will not be washed and rotten in washing.It has good tearing strength and is not easy to be torn when placed at room temperature,which is similar to the DIP processing wallpaper.The preparation of impregnating solution is the key control point.The selection of latex type and the application of auxiliary chemical materials determine the tear strength of the artificial parchment paper.In addition,the moisture of the paper itself has a great influence on the paper strength.When the moisture content is less than 4.5%,the paper will be easy to tear.Generally,the moisture content of paper should be controlled between 5.0%and 6.5%.The production process of washable artificial parchment paper was studied in laboratory and industrial production.
