摘　　要：在造纸行业,碎浆机经常需要使用蒸汽加热来加速损纸的碎解。但是,蒸汽直接加热容易损坏设备和产生噪声污染。如果把消音器安装在罐内,消音器容易被损纸和强力的搅拌撞掉。为此,根据生产实际情况,设计了外接消音器。经过生产实践,这种外接消音器的减振降噪效果显著。In the paper industry,the pulper often needs to use steam heating to speed up the shredding of broken paper.But if the steam is heated directly,it is easy to damage the equipment and cause noise pollution.If the silencer is added in the tank,it can be easily knocked out by broken paper and strong stir.So based on the actual situation of production,a silencer on the outside of the tank is now designed.Practice proves that the circumscribed silencer has a remarkable effect on vibration and noise reduction.
