摘  要:采用超声-静止轴肩辅助搅拌摩擦焊技术对3 mm厚6061-T6铝合金和AZ31B镁合金进行焊接,并研究转速对接头成形、显微组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,焊核中存在大量铝/镁合金混合后形成的夹层状组织,随着转速的升高,夹层组织先细化后又出现增大趋势。铝/镁界面形成的复杂互锁结构可延长界面连接长度,界面互锁程度随转速增大而提高。接头拉伸强度随着转速的增大呈现先上升后下降的趋势,并在1000 r/min转速下达到最大值131 MPa。6061-T6 Al alloy and AZ31 B Mg alloy with the thickness of 3 mm were welded by ultrasonic-stationary shoulder assisted friction stir welding. The influences of rotational velocity on the joint formation, microstructure and tensile strength were mainly investigated. The results indicate that many intercalated interlayers form in SZ(stir zone) due to the mixture of Al/Mg alloys and the microstructure of the interlayers is first refined and then coarsens with the increase of rotational velocity. An interlocking structure forms at the Al/Mg interface, which increases the bonding length of intertface.The interlocking degree increases with the increase of rotational velocity. The tensile strength of the joint first increases and then decreases with the increase of rotational velocity and the maximum value of 131 MPa is acquired under the rotational velocity of 1000 r/min.
