摘  要:AZ91D镁合金盘体壁厚差大,导致冲压成形困难。通常采用复合成形工艺成形,包括冲压拉伸、车削法兰、镦粗挤压以及磨削去毛刺等步骤,工艺过程复杂、生产效率低。基于此,本文提出了采用冲锻一次成形盘体件的工艺,并基于Dynaform软件模拟了盘体件的冲锻成形过程。结果表明,加大模具圆角有利于材料的流出,降低了冲锻末期的金属流动难度,降低了冲头锻压力。Due to the large wall thickness difference of AZ91D magnesium alloy disk, it is difficult to stamping forming.The composite forming process is usually used for forming, including stamping and drawing, turning flange, upsetting and extrusion, grinding and deburring, and the process is complicated and the production efficiency is low. Based on this, the process of forming disk parts by stamping and forging was put forward, and the stamping and forging process of disc part was simulated based on Dynaform software. The results show that increasing the fillet of the die is beneficial to the outflow of the material, which reduces the difficulty of metal flow at the end of stamping and forging, and the forging pressure of the punch.
