摘 要:锻造工艺参数是影响锻件质量的关键。本文以某型伞齿轮坯的锻造为研究对象,分别分析了热锻工艺和冷锻工艺下的锻件流速分布、应力分布、应变分布、锻造损伤和锻压力分布情况。结果表明,热锻工艺下的锻件整体流速分布较均匀,应力值和应变值均小于冷锻工艺下的锻件;与冷锻的锻件相比,热锻工艺下的锻件最大损伤部位比较大,但是最大损伤值较小。Forging process parameters are the key to affect the quality of forgings. Taking the forging of a certain type of bevel gear billet as the research object, the velocity distribution, stress distribution, strain distribution, forging damage and forging pressure distribution of forgings under hot forging process and cold forging process were analyzed respectively. The results show that the overall velocity distribution of the forgings under hot forging process is uniform, and the stress and strain values are smaller than those under cold forging process. Compared with that of cold forged forgings, the maximum damage position of forgings under hot forging process is larger, but the maximum damage value is smaller.
