摘　　要：该文回顾美国西雅图社区建设的实践经验,探讨了社区组织与动员在城市社区发展中的重要作用,以及社区工作方法和实践在实际工作中的运用,为中国城市社区治理发展提供有益的借鉴和参考。This paper reviews the practical experience of community construction in Seattle,USA,and discusses the important role of community organization and mobilization in the development of urban community,as well as the application of community work methods and practices,so as to provide useful reference for the development of urban community governance in China.
