摘  要:目的对某海岛一项农村饮水工程建设项目进行卫生学预评价,为项目竣工验收提供依据。方法依据国家相关法律法规、技术规范和标准,采用检查表法,对本项目保证生活饮用水生产流程的卫生及安全关键控制点进行分析评价。结果本项目水源、水厂选址及布局、水处理工艺、水处理构筑物、输配水管网、涉水产品卫生、水厂水质检验与辅助卫生设施基本符合供水单位卫生规范要求。抽检淡水水源水21项、海水水源水15项,除淡水水源水铁含量0.62 mg/L超标外,其余项目结果符合国家标准要求。结论本项目总体符合国家相关卫生要求,但在水源防护、厂区布局、水处理工艺方面仍需进一步改善。Objective To evaluate the construction project of a rural drinking water engineering on an island, and to provide technical basis for the completion and acceptance of the project.Methods The critical control points to ensure the sanitation and safety of drinking water production process in this project were analyzed and evaluated in accordance to the relevant national regulations and standards.Results The water source, waterworks site and layout, water treatment technology, water treatment structures, distributing pipe network, management of wading products, water quality testing and auxiliary sanitation facilities of the project basically were in line with the basic hygienic standards of water suppliers.21 detection items of freshwater source water and 15 items of seawater source water accorded with national standards except for iron content in freshwater source water.Conclusion The project generally meets the relevant national hygienic requirements.However, it still needs further improvement in water source protection, waterworks layout and water treatment process.
