摘 要:目的采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸普罗帕酮片中的盐酸普罗帕酮含量进行检测。方法用ShimadzuInertsil WP300 C18液相色谱柱(5μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠-甲醇(20∶80),检测波长为248 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果盐酸普罗帕酮在12.70~109.46μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.32%。结论应用高效液相色谱法对盐酸普罗帕酮片中的盐酸普罗帕酮进行测定,具有准确度高、重复性好、灵敏度高的特点。Objective To detect the content of propafenone hydrochloride in propafenone hydrochloride tablets by HPLC.Methods Shimadzu Inertsil WP300 C18 liquid chromatography column(5 μm, 4.6×250 mm) was used, the mobile phase was 0.1 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol(20∶80), the wavelength was 248 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results Propafenone hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 12.70-109.46 μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.9% and RSD=0.32%.Conclusion The HPLC method for the determination of propafenone hydrochloride in propafenone hydrochloride tablets has the characteristics of high accuracy, repeatability and sensitivity.
