健康成年人晨尿尿酸肌酐比值的参考范围研究

摘　　要：目的通过对健康成年人晨尿尿酸肌酐比值的调查,探讨不同年龄和不同性别间的尿尿酸肌酐比值有无差异;并确定晨尿尿酸肌酐比值的参考值范围。方法经过知情同意后,394名健康成年人进入研究。所有研究对象均进行标准调查问卷、体格检查、空腹生化测定和空腹晨尿尿酸肌酐比值测定。结果①394人的晨尿尿酸肌酐比值为(0.273±0.071)。②其中男性115人,尿尿酸肌酐比值为(0.26±0.06);女性279人,尿尿酸肌酐比值为(0.27±0.07)。采用独立样本t检验,P=0.012<0.05,认为女性和男性尿尿酸肌酐比值有差异,女性高于男性。(3)按照年龄分22~35岁组、36~50岁组、51~64岁组、65岁及以上组。4组人数分别为209人、101人、62人和22人。4组晨尿尿酸肌酐比值方差分析结果均P>0.05,不认为各年龄组之间的差异有统计学意义。结论健康成年人晨尿尿酸肌酐比值与年龄无关。女性和男性之间的尿尿酸肌酐比值有差异,女性大于男性。本研究得出的晨尿尿酸肌酐比值参考值范围为女性0.15~0.45;男性0.15~0.42。Objective To investigate whether there are differences in uric acid creatinine ratio among different ages and sexes,and to determine the reference range of uric acid creatinine ratio by investigating the morning uric acid creatinine ratio in healthy adults.Methods 394 healthy adults entered the study with informed consent.All subjects were investigated with standard questionnaire,physical examination,fasting biochemical test and fasting morning uric acid creatinine ratio.Results①The morning uric acid creatinine ratio in 394 patients was 0.273±0.071.②In males,the creatinine ratio was(0.26±0.06).The ratio of uric acid creatinine in women was(0.27±0.07).The data are approximately normal distribution,using independent sample t test,P=0.012<0.05.Therefore,there are differences in uric acid creatinine ratio between women and men.③According to the age of 22~35,36~50,51~64,65 and above.The number of persons in the four groups was 209,101,62 and 22.After the homogeneity test of variance,it was found that the variance was equal,and the analysis of variance was used.The results of ANOVA(P>0.05).The difference between age groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion The ratio of uric acid creatinine is not related to age in healthy adults.There was a difference in uric acid creatinine ratio between women and men,and the ratio of uric acid creatinine in women was higher than that in men.The reference range of morning uric acid creatinine ratio was 0.15~0.45 for women and 0.15~0.42 for males.
