摘　　要：为了进一步了解“00后”大学新生心理健康状况,以科学的视角开展“00后”大学新生心理健康教育,提升“00后”大学新生心理健康水平。本研究采用大学生心理健康筛查量表(CSMHSS),以福建师大福清分校“00后”大学新生为被试,进行量表施测。调查数据显示:(1)“00后”大学新生心理健康总体平均分为161.816分,总体心理健康状况较好,但是网络成瘾问题需要引起重视;(2)“00后”大学新生心理健康状况受性别、是否独生子女和生源地等因素影响,存在显著差异。结论:通过调查发现“00后”大学新生心理健康状况存在一定的问题,需引起重视,在此基础上提出相关对策。This research,from a scientific perspective over mental heal education,attempts to further understand the mental health status of the college freshmen born after 2000,promote college mental health education as well as the students’mental health level.The mental health screening scale for college students(CSMHSS)was used to test the freshmen(born after 2000)in Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University.The survey data show that:(1)the overall average score of mental health of the subjects is 161.816,and the overall mental health status is good,but the problem of internet addiction needs to be paid attention to;(2)their mental health status is affected by gender,whether they are the only child or not,and where they come from.Through the investigation,it is found that the subjects have some problems of mental health,which need to be paid attention to,and on this basis,the relevant countermeasures are put forward.
