摘  要:在微波加热无溶剂条件下,将噻吩、联苯甲酰、醋酸铵三组分采用“一锅法”反应,合成了2-(2′-噻吩)-4,5-二苯基咪唑,考察了微波辐射功率、反应时间、催化剂种类与用量对产物产率的影响,优化了反应条件,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱对产物的结构进行了表征.该方法快捷、简便,为2-(2′-噻吩)-4,5-二苯基咪唑的合成提供了一种环境友好的方法.2-(2′-thiophene)-4,5-dipheny-1H-imidazole was synthesized from thiophene,bibenzoyl and ammonium acetate by using the method of"one pot"reaction under the condition of microwave heating without solvent.This paper mainly investigated microwave irradiation power,reaction time and effect of catalyst type and dosage on product yield,the influence of reaction condition was optimized.The structure of the product have been characterized through infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.The method is quick and simple,which provides an environmental friendly method for the synthesis of 2-(2′-thiophene)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole.
