摘　　要：高职卫生类院校实验室建设是专业建设质量工程中重要的内容,论文对“以功能性实验室建设为引领,系统性平台化实验资源综合利用”为思路的实验室建设与管理模式进行了探索,对实验室的建设与管理提出了相应的对策,有助于合理解决实验资源不足、实验开出率不高、实验质量欠佳等问题.Laboratory construction in higher vocational health colleges is an important part of professional construction quality engineering.The paper discusses the laboratory construction and management model based on the idea of"guided by the construction of functional laboratory and comprehensive utilization of systematic platform experimental resources",and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the construction and management of the laboratory,which can help to solve the problems of insufficient experimental resources,low experiment opening rate and poor experimental quality.
