摘 要:筛管在服役过程中受出砂、地层运动等导致的外压和弯曲等复杂载荷影响,易发生压溃失效问题。利用ABAQUS软件建立考虑初始椭圆度的平行布孔筛管的有限元模型,研究外压和弯矩组合载荷作用下筛管的压溃行为。基于不同径厚比、布孔参数、弯矩载荷下筛管压溃载荷计算数值模拟结果,建立弯曲和外压组合载荷下筛管压溃载荷简化公式。结果表明在纯弯矩载荷作用下,筛管的孔眼处易发生受应力集中现象,进而导致塑性变形失效;外压和弯矩组合载荷作用条件下,当弯矩载荷沿着椭圆截面的短轴加载时,筛管压溃载荷随着转角的增大而减小;弯矩载荷沿着椭圆的长轴加载时,筛管压溃载荷存在峰值,随着载荷继续增加,筛管的后压溃变形形态会发生转变;外压和弯矩组合载荷作用下筛管压溃载荷公式计算结果与有限元结果的平均误差小于2.7%。The collapse failure of the sand control screen tube subjected to combined external pressure and bending load has become a major concern in oil and gas production wells.In this study,a finite element model of the screen tube with an initial ovality was developed using the ABAQUS software,and its collapsing behavior under combined external pressure and bending was studied.Based on the numerical simulation results of the collapse pressure under different radius-thickness ratio,the hole parameters of the screen tube,a simplified formula for calculating the collapse pressure of the screen tube under combined bending and external pressure was established.The results show that,under pure bending load,aplastic deformation of the screen occurs firstly at near the screen holes.Under combined fluid pressure and bending,when the bend loading direction is along the minor axis of the oval tube cross-section,the collapse pressure on the screen decreases with the increase of the bending load.The higher of the tube ovality,the smaller the collapse pressure of the screen tube can be observed.When the bend loading direction is along the major axis of the oval tube cross-section,and with the increasing of the bending,a peak value of the collapse pressure can be obtained.The average difference between the calculated results with formula and that obtained using the finite element method is less than 2.7%.
