摘  要:由于厌氧发酵工艺条件的不同会造成沼液有机质降解不完全,如将这种沼液直接施用到农田里会对植物产生一定损害,因此该研究考察了抗生素菌渣厌氧发酵沼液贮存过程的理化性质变化,探究了贮存时间和稀释倍数对种植白三叶生长指标的影响,以期为沼液的农田安全应用提供数据支撑。同时选取白三叶作为供试植物,进一步研究不同贮存时间沼液对作物生长指标的影响。结果表明,随贮存时间的延长,pH值和电导率呈上升趋势,氨氮浓度相对比较稳定,VFA,SCOD和TP显著下降,TIC显著上升;贮存时间为1个月时在稀释400倍时各项指标效果最好,活力指数、芽长和鲜重分别提高10.9%,10.7%和10.6%,贮存时间为6个月时在稀释100倍时植物各项指标效果最好,发芽指数、活力指数、芽长和鲜重分别提高37.4%,16.4%,9.3%,14.9%;进一步说明随着贮存时间延长,沼液对植物解除抑制的稀释倍数降低。Due to the different conditions of anaerobic fermentation process,biogas slurry organic matter degradation is not complete,such biogas slurry directly applied to the farmland will cause certain damage to plants.In this study,the Trifolium repens was selected as the test plant,the changes of physical and chemical properties of biogas slurry during the storage of antibiotic residue anaerobic fermentation slurry were investigated,and the effects of storage time and dilution ratio on the growth indexes of Trifolium repens were explored.The results showed that,with the prolonging of storage time,pH value and conductivity increased,ammonia concentration was relatively stable,VFA,SCOD and TP decreased significantly,and TIC increased significantly.When the storage time was 1 month,the best results were obtained with 400 times of dilution for Trifolium repens growth,vital index,bud length and fresh weight increased by 10.9%,10.7%and 10.6%,respectively.When the storage time was 6 month,with 100 times of dilution,the germination index,vital index,bud length and fresh weight increased by 37.4%,16.4%,9.3%and 14.9%,respectively.It was indicated that the dilution rate of biogas slurry alleviating the inhibition on plant growth decreased with the prolonging of storage time.
