摘　　要：为了更好地促进装配式建筑在国内推广和应用,分析了套筒灌浆技术的工作机理和影响性能的主要因素,并结合工程实际案例对套筒灌浆施工工作流程和施工方法进行介绍。在结合实际运用情况基础上,对套筒灌浆施工工艺的质量控制要点进行梳理。根据工程实际结果表明,套筒灌浆连接方式由于其操作简单,连接性能好,具有很好的市场应用效果。In order to promote the prefabricated construction in domestic promotion and application,this paper analyzes the working mechanism of grout sleeve technology and the main factors affecting its performance.What’s more,it introduces the working process and construction method of grout sleeve combined with practical engineering cases.Based on the actual application,the paper combs the quality control points of grout sleeve construction technology.According to the practical engineering results show that the grout sleeve connection technology has good application effect because of its simple operation and good connection performance.
