我国EPC工程总承包模式发展SWOT分析与未来审视

摘　　要：随着人口红利不再、人力成本逐年攀升,传统粗放的建造方式已不再适应时代发展要求,必须推行设计、采购、施工一体化发展,提高管理效率,降低工程项目成本,以提高产品品质,提高用户满意度。运用SWOT分析方法、比较分析法对我国EPC工程总承包模式发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了简要分析,并对其发展的问题提出对策,以提高企业的市场竞争力。With the absence of demographic dividends and labor costs rising year by year,traditional extensive construction methods no longer meet the requirements of the development of the time.The integrated development of design,procurement,and construction must be promoted to improve management efficiency,reduce project costs,and improve product quality,Improve user satisfaction.This paper uses SWOT analysis method and comparative analysis method to brieflyanalyzetheadvantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats to the development of my country’s EPC project general contracting model,and proposes countermeasures to its development problems to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
