摘 要:随着建筑行业精细化管理脚步的逐渐加快,工程造价的有效控制作为衡量项目成功与否的重要指标之一,直接关系到建设项目投资效益的高低。科学合理地运用工程技术经济分析法进行设计方案比选,有利于管控工程造价,显著提升建设项目的经济效益。通过运用工程技术经济分析法中的价值工程手段,对不同电力排管的设计方案进行价值分析,为选用技术先进、经济合理的设计方案,也为工程技术经济分析法在投资决策中的应用,提供了理论依据和实证支撑。With the gradual acceleration of the construction industry fine management,the effective control of the project cost,as one of the important indicators to measure the success of the project,is directly related to the level of the investment benefit of the construction project.Scientific and reasonable use of engineering technology economic analysis method for design scheme selection,is conducive to the control of project cost,significantly improve the economic benefits of construction projects.By using the value engineering method of the engineering technology economic analysis method,the value analysis of different design schemes of electric power drainage pipe is carried out,which provides theoretical basis and empirical support for the selection of advanced technology and reasonable economic design scheme,and for the application of the engineering technology economic analysis method in investment decision.
