摘　　要：皮肤与神经精神系统关系密切,具有相同的胚胎起源,存在免疫系统、激素和神经递质之间独特的相互作用。我们在临床工作中发现,皮肤疾病患者伴发精神疾病现象十分常见,这使得我们在诊疗时不得不对患者的心理健康更加重视,这也引出了一个新的领域——心身性皮肤病。及时发现患者的精神问题,并给予心理指导,也正是生物-心理-社会医学模式的体现。本文对心身性皮肤病这一领域近年来的发展,以及心身性皮肤病的分类方法、发病机制和治疗方式进行了总结概括,旨在强调心身同治,望引起更多皮肤科与精神科同仁对该领域的关注。Skin is closely related to the neuropsychiatric system,involving the same embryonic origin,and the specific interaction between the immune system,hormones and neurotransmitters.In clinical practice,we have found that it is common for psychological or psychiatric problems occur in many dermatology clinic patients.Therefore,this phenomenon makes us pay more attention to the mental health of patients during diagnosis and treatment.This also leads to a new field--"Psychodermatology".Timely detection of patients’psychological and psychiatric problems and providing psychological guidance at the same time is the embodiment of the biology-psychology-social medicine mode.This review summarizes the development of psychodermatology in recent years,as well as its classification,pathogenesis and treatment.In this article,we aim to emphasize the combination of mental and physical therapy.And we hope that more dermatologists and psychiatrists will pay attention to this field.
