摘　　要：心身性疾病是一组发生发展与心理社会因素密切相关、但以躯体症状表现为主的疾病。越来越多的研究发现,精神及心理社会因素导致了皮肤病发生或皮肤病症状的加重,此即为心身性皮肤病。心身性皮肤病已经引起皮肤科医生的高度关注。本综述围绕心身性皮肤病的流行病学、发病机制、研究进展以及常见心身性皮肤病及其综合治疗作一综合介绍。Psychosomatic diseases are a group of disease whose occurence and development are closely related to psychosocial factors,but mainly characterized by physical symptoms.More and more studies have found that mental and psychosocial factors play an importantrole in the occurrence and development of many skin diseases,leading to the occurrence of skin diseases or the aggravation of skin disease symptoms.The set of diseases is called psychosomatic dermatoses.Psychosomatic dermatoses have attracted great attention from dermatologists.We reviewed the psychosomatic dermatoses in their epidemiology,pathogenesis,common presentations and comprehensive treatments.
