摘　　要：全球人口老龄化使得老年皮肤病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。老年皮肤病患者长期遭受慢性皮肤病瘙痒、疼痛的折磨,生活中缺乏基础卫生知识及子女关怀,在独自面对皮肤病时容易产生抑郁、焦虑、自卑等诸多心理疾患。因此,在治疗老年皮肤病时,除了关注皮损,更应高度重视老年患者的心理健康。本文概述常见老年皮肤病种及其对应心理特征、治疗方法,以期老年皮肤病患者的心理健康能得到充分关注。The incidence rate of skin diseases in the elderly is increasing year by year with the aging of the whole world population.Elderly patients with skin diseases have suffered from chronic skin itching and pain for a long time.They have little basic health knowledge and children’s care,and are prone to depression,anxiety,inferiority and many other psychological diseases when facing skin diseases alone.Therefore,in the treatment of elderly skin diseases,we should pay attention to skin lesions and mental health of elderly patients.This paper summarizes the common skin diseases of the elderly and their related psychological characteristics and therapies in order to give full attention to mental health of elderly patients with skin diseases.
