摘　　要：心身性皮肤病关注皮肤和神经系统之间的相互作用,是临床皮肤科见的一种疾病类型。心身性皮肤病患者会出现焦虑、抑郁、神经错乱和强迫症等心理问题,因此高水平的心理护理对疾病的治疗和预后至关重要。本文就心身性皮肤病中的心理护理做一综述。Psychodermatology refers to the interaction between the skin and nervous system,and is a common type of diseases in dermatological clinic.Psychodermatology patient may have anxiety,depression,delusion,obsession-compulsion and/or other psychological disorders.Therefore,a high level psychological nursing is virtual for the treatment and prognosis of the disease.The article will review the psychological nursing of psychodermatology.
