摘　　要：在不同皮肤病中银屑病与自杀意念的关系最为紧密,本研究探索了银屑病与自杀风险的相关性,从影响因素、共病机制、评估及干预方案等方面进行探讨。银屑病严重影响患者的生活质量和社会功能,建议制定干预方案时关注患者的自杀风险并及时评估。In different skin diseases,the relationship between psoriasis and suicidal ideation is most closely,this study explores the relationship between psoriasis and the risk of suicide,from the influencing factors and mechanism of comorbidities,assessment and intervention plan,etc,were discussed.We found that patients with psoriasis seriously affect the quality of life and social function,propose solutions focus on the patient’s risk of suicide intervention and evaluation in a timely manner.
