摘  要:为了改善P20模具钢的耐磨性,提高其使用寿命,研究不同覆层对其摩擦性能的影响。在200℃下,分别对具有电镀铬层、碳化铬层和未处理P20钢这3种不同试样进行摩擦磨损试验,测试其摩擦系数和磨损率。结果表明,TD渗铬工艺下的覆层其摩擦系数最小,磨损率最低。在200℃下,发现未处理的工件磨损方式主要是氧化磨损和磨粒磨损,伴随严重粘着磨损;电镀覆层磨损机制主要是氧化磨损和粘着磨损;碳化铬覆层磨损机制主要是氧化磨损和少量磨粒磨损。In order to improve the wear resistance and service life of P20 die steel,the effects of different cladding layer on its friction properties were studied.The friction and wear test of three different specimens with electroplated chromium layer,chromium carbide layer and untreated layer,chromium carbide layer and untreated steel were tested.The results show that the cladding with TD chromizing process has the smallest friction coefficient and the lowest wear rate.At 200℃,it is found that the main wear modes of untreated workpiece are oxidation wear and abrasive wear,with severe adhesive wear;the wear mechanism of plating coating is oxidation wear and adhesive wear;and the wear mechanism of chromium carbide coating is oxidation wear and small amount of abrasive wear.
