摘 要:将Cr12Mo1V1圆柱形冲头在1020℃硼砂中TD盐浴渗钒处理5 h后,分别进行中温淬火+中温回火、等温淬火+中温回火、低温固溶淬火+低温回火的不同热处理试验。通过基体显微组织分析、覆层和基体显微硬度测试,压力机上冲裁试用测试使用寿命,研究Cr12Mo1V1冲头TD盐浴渗钒后的最佳热处理工艺。结果表明,400℃中温回火试样基体强韧性比较差。基体组织碳化物颗粒度为4级,覆层的硬度低,冲头易发生崩刃失效,冲裁使用寿命只有3.1万次。200℃等温油淬+中温回火覆层的硬度及基体强韧性有显著提升。碳化物颗粒度级别为2级,表面硬度达到2717 HV,基体的硬度为62 HRC,使用寿命明显提升。960℃低温固溶淬火+低温回火覆层的硬度达到2789 HV,基体组织碳化物颗粒度为2级,使用寿命最高,达到4.3万次。Cr12Mo1V1 cylindrical punchwas treatedwith borax TDsalt bath at 1020℃for 5 h.The different heat treatment experiments ofmedium quenching+medium temperature tempering,isothermal quenching+medium temperature tempering,low temperature solid solution quenching+low temperature tempering were carried out respectively.The optimum h eat treatment technology of Cr12Mo1V1 punch TD salt bath after vanadium infiltration was studied by means of matrix microstructure analysis,coating and matrix microhardness test,punching test life on press.The results show that the strength and toughness of matvik of tempering sample at 400℃medium temperature is poor,the grade of carbide particles in matrix stucture is 4 grade,the hardness of the coating is low,and the punch is prone to failure,the service life of blanking is only 31000 times.The hardness of coating isothermal oil-quenched+medium-temperature tempering at 200℃and strength and toughness of matrix were significantly improved.Carbide particle size is 2 grade,surface hardness reaches 2717 HV,hardness of matrix is 62 HRC,service life increases.The hardness of coating low-temperature solid solution quenching+low-temperature tempering at 960℃reaches 2789 HV,the carbide particle size inmatrix structure is 2 grade,the highest service life is highest,which is 43,000 times.
